Below you will find information on packages, fees, and deposits. All packages require a two hour minimum, not including a two hour set up and one hour pack up. There is also a "Rain Policy" and "Travel Fees" section for clarity. Beauty Bot Films also does markets. 360 Beauty Bot Rentals
Base Package - starting at $550
The base package includes: the 360 Beauty Bot, a black backdrop, a basic lighting set up, red carpet and stanchions, an event sticker for videos, ipad check-in stand, and an attendant. The base package also includes a base set of props such as sunglasses, hats, scarfs, applicable signage, and faux flower petals and confetti for throwing. The setup requires a minimum 12x12ft area.
After the two hour minimum, each additional hour adds $100.
Party Package - starting at $750
The party package includes: the 360 Beauty Bot, a colored backdrop of your choice, a basic lighting setup plus colored party lights, a fog machine, various confetti launchers, a red carpet and stanchions, and event sticker for videos, ipad checkin stand, and an attendant. The party package also includes a larger assortment of props including the base package materials. This setup requires a minimum 12x12ft area.
After the two hour minimum, each additional hour adds $100.
Specialty Package - starting at $1000
This specialty package includes a dedicated aesthetic approach for themed events. For example, this theme might be Halloween, Murder Mystery, Euphoria, Midwest Camp, or Roaring 20s. The full package includes: the 360 Beauty Bot, a themed backdrop or color of your choice, a basic lighting set up plus applicable themed lights, a fog machine and/or confetti canon, a red carpet and stanchions, an event sticker for videos, ipad check-in stand, and an attendant. The specialty package also includes a larger assortment of props including the base package, party package, and specialty props for your themed event. This set up requires a minimum of 15x15ft area.
After the two hour minimum, each additional hour adds $100.
360 Beauty Bot Deposits
Deposit Terms
Beauty Bot Films requires a 50% deposit to secure the date. This deposit is fully refundable up to a month in advance. After that, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Full Payment
The remaining 50% is due seven days before the event. If you are unable to pay seven days before, you must contact me and clarify the date of the final payment. Final payments will not be accepted after the event. Failure to pay the remaining amount will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and the rental.
Travel Fees
Beauty Bot Films requires a minimum of a $50 travel fee outside of Knox County. After that, the travel fee equates to $1.50 per mile. For example, an event in Chattanooga, roughly 100 miles, would incur a $150 travel fee. This fee will be specified at the time of scheduling and is required to be paid with the final payment. Failure to pay the travel fee will result in a loss of the rental and the deposit.
Weather Policy
Beauty Bot Films uses a lot of tech, which makes it unsuitable for outdoor events on raining days. On rainy days, Beauty Bot Films will need an indoor spot. If an indoor spot cannot be provided, Beauty Bot films may have to pull out of the event in which case the deposit will be fully refunded. Beauty Bot Films also retains the rights to pull out of events in the case of severe weather.
360 Beauty Bot Discounts
Referral Discount
Beauty Bot Films believes in friendship and deals! Referring a friend to Beauty Bot Films will award a 15% discount to the friend as well as give you a 15% on your next event.
Returning Customer Discount
Beauty Bot Films believes in customer loyalty! Returning customers qualify for a 15% loyalty discount.
Equity and Inclusion Discount
